Welcome to Decoding Life Lessons. My name is Rafael Garcia, I am originally from Mexico, and I reside in Tallinn, Estonia. I am a Life Coach and a Spanish Teacher. I assist people navigate their life challenges by uncovering their life lessons hidden within them in order to heal them, and assist people with their awakening.

I had a shamanic spiritual awakening where I came to understand that life is a school for the evolution of the soul, and we are here to master lessons such as self-love, compassion, integrity, patience, respect, trust, forgiveness, letting go, courage, and surrender.

In my one-on-one sessions, we explore topics such as healing ourselves as we understand the life lessons we are here to learn, understanding the soul blueprint, and overcoming challenges in life.
